These Terms of Use govern your use of LiverLens.ai and the LiverLens mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Glenric Industries LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

LiverLens provides educational nutritional awareness scores based on published nutritional research. All scores, ratings, ingredient assessments, and any other content provided by the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

All content, scoring methodology, AI system prompts, rubrics, written content, and software comprising the LiverLens Service are the intellectual property of Glenric Industries LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. The marks LiverLens™, OrganLens™, and KidneyLens™ are registered with the USPTO under Glenric Industries LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glenric Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content provided by the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
